Our Activities

Music is our medium. Culture is our message. Community is our purpose.

🎤 Community Engagement and Outreach

We work hand-in-hand with local leaders, educators, and event organizers to embed Sehananwa music in significant public gatherings. From weddings and funerals to traditional festivals and municipal events, our performances celebrate identity and foster unity among participants.

🎓 Educational Workshops & Mentorship

We offer hands-on music workshops designed for young people. Through personalized mentorship, youth learn to play dinaka flutes, master dikiba chants, and explore the cultural meaning behind the rhythms. Our goal is to cultivate pride, skill, and leadership in tomorrow’s cultural ambassadors.

🎶 Regular Rehearsals and Performance Practice

Excellence in cultural performance requires dedication. Our team meets regularly to rehearse, refine choreography, experiment with song variations, and prepare for upcoming showcases. These sessions are also a space for youth to build discipline and confidence.

🌐 Cultural Exchange and Collaboration

We engage in partnerships with schools, universities, and fellow cultural organizations both locally and nationally. These collaborations enable cross-cultural dialogue, shared performances, and educational research that elevate the visibility and value of Sehananwa music in broader society.
